I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. Growing up, I did gymnastics for 14 years and had to quit when I went to college. I studied broadcast journalism and Spanish at the University of Memphis. I studied abroad twice- once for Spanish in Costa Rica and once in Brazil for journalism. In the summer of 2016, I had the opportunity to go to the Olympics in Rio to cover the gymnastics competition as a journalist! I’m currently studying for my MBA, and I’m set to graduate in May 2022. I love the community where I live and am the president of the Crosstown Memphis Community Development Corporation. My husband and I have a beautiful German Shepherd named Onyx and a cat named Milo. My husband and I love animals and traveling!
