About the Best Travel Nursing Companies of 2017

Let’s find out a little more about the best travel nursing companies and how they made our list.

1. OR Nurses Nationwide
Don’t let the name fool you. While they got their start serving OR nurses, OR Nurses Nationwide quickly branched out to serve nurses and allied professionals of all specialties! They are nurse owned and operated. They have offices in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, and Memphis, TN. All offices are supervised by nurses.

You will not find OR Nurses Nationwide on the lists of either TNC or HH because the company didn’t receive enough reviews to qualify. However, they had 47 reviews on Facebook with an average score of 4.8 which works out to 96 points on our 100 point scale. They made our list on the strength of those ratings.

It’s also important to note that OR Nurses Nationwide barely made the cut with 54 reviews. Some might argue that the sample size is too small. However, we had well over 50 companies on our list that had between 10 and 100 reviews and only 2 of them made it into the top 20. This means it was more likely that review totals in this range actually skewed negative. Perhaps more importantly, we spot-checked the Facebook reviewers of OR Nurses Nationwide and found a significant percentage of them to be healthcare professionals who were pleased with the service they received.
